BANQUEST is the highest aspirational conference, rewards & recognition platform in a calendar year for employees of ICICI Bank. We were delighted to be asked to give it the TEAM RUSTIC touch.

The all India logistics and transfers were planned and executed with precision. We transformed one of Mumbai’s convention hotel into a chic and contemporary space, with a splash of all the colours of journey with tents pitched at registration, audience Interactive spaces inspired by the hashtag theme ReLive the Glory. The learning conclave was complete with the main event space hall being complemented with a striking LED screen installation to set the scene. Insights, aspirations and inspirations tones were set by senior leadership of the company.

A host of greats & celebrities, actors and accomplished singers hit the high note at the prestigious Grand Hyatt. We handpicked some Great Indian talent to provide a soundtrack to the evening, with Clinton Cerejo, Amit Mishra, Siddharth Mahadevan, Shalmali Kholgade & Mame Khan taking to the quest studio stage. Jaaved Akhtar inspired with great couplets, Vir Das & Terence Lewis with his dance company positioned the interludes between rewards and recognition. Hosting
the event were India’s most successful & talented hosts Arshad Warsi, Sunil Grover, Ritesh Deshmukh & Sophie Chaudary. The conference ended on a high note with a concert by Shreya Ghosal and her band. Guests were treated to a grand reception and a banquet. After dinner, DJ Praveen Nair provided the entertainment.
