The planning and execution of this aspiring 3 city event needed flair, finesse and perfection. Brand USA seventh annual sales mission to India was aimed at increasing the number of India residents to choose the United States as their next travel destination and educating the India travel industry about the endless travel opportunities available to their clients.

A large space separated without walls was created for welcoming & hosting flexible functions. A media space for conducting interviews. A large open area injected with the sound, energy and vibrancy of the colourful nation, for visitors to enjoy and celebrate. The large openplan main space hosted a stage with world class performances. A huge LED screen displayed promotional films and live coverage of the action. The space was versatile for the use of business and
seminars during the day. Transforming into a celebratory atmosphere in the evening. Chunky colourful furniture was used
throughout. Broken up with images of beautiful US scenery.

The sales mission provided a platform for U.S. destination marketing organizations (DMOs) and suppliers to interact directly with tour operators, airline representatives, travel agents, meetings, incentives, conventions, and expositions (MICE) buyers and media. In addition to returning to Mumbai and New Delhi, the 2018 mission included Bengaluru, bringing even more opportunities to meet with top travel buyers.

This travel mission became a very successful trade mission with the U.S. and Indian governments jointly declaring the year 2017 as a “U.S. and India Travel and Tourism Partnership Year” to promote bilateral tourism.

Who


The planetary alignments were that of ‘once in a lifetime’. And just like the stars had foretold, our birth announcement read 2000. That we were destined to be a sought-after event agency, we knew not. Back then, we were simply doing our job in the only way we knew – with passion and dedication.

Why, just last year we broke our records with 227 events in over 10 countries for over 63,500 delegates.
